The master bedroom features a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, large closet and 50 inch smart tv. The second bedroom features a full bed, large closet and 42 inch smart tv. This bedroom utilizes the full bathroom across the hall that is also shared with living area. The home features a two car garage on the backside of the home. There is also ample off street parking located on the front side of the home and the clubhouse. Our homes are exclusively yours when you book Poree Homes. Staying here you will have complete access to the home including the one car garage. As your hosts, Poree Homes will be available via phone or text at 1-866-407-6733 or via app to answer all of your questions or concerns. This townhome is close to all of the action. LSU is 7 minutes away. This is a very walkable neighborhood where you will find many choosing to walk around bayou country. While the neighborhood is perfect for walking. You will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get around Baton Rouge, LA. The use of the community center is not included in this listing.
