I love the staffing personality and they was very nice and outgoing people. The room I buy for the night was very clean and my family really enjoyed they self with the clean pool area

My stay was very horrible i was put into a handicap room and wasn’t what I booked! The sheets was dirty asked for clean sheets had to replace them my self! Phone and refrigerator wasn’t working was told maintenance would be right up and they never showed! Result of that food spoiled. There was no hot water I asked for the manager several times manager never showed and never returned my calls

I arrived at dusk and the place is visibly lit and accessible. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff were great and my bed was comfortable

Over all was quiet clean had washer dryer to use...but as this was 4th hotel on our treck from Montana the bed was horrible soft and saging slept in bowl. But price was good.

Throughly enjoyed my stay. This was my second time staying at the facility traveling as a solo female. The front desk attendants were very nice and friendly(sorry I didn’t remember names). The property was to my liking as someone who battles with a little bit of OCD. Area is convenient to stores and restaurants and I felt safe. Whenever I return to visit my son who is college in BR this hotel is now deemed my choice of stay.

She asked for my card and swiped it without telling me why she swiped it. when i get into the room i checked my card and saw a purchased of $20 I called her and asked what is the charge for she said its for incidental fee and hung up. This gets explained before we swipe the card, and there is a sign at the front desk explaining why we swipe the card. The front desk clerk was fantastic, so nice and helpful! The only issue we had was that someone near our room was smoking marijuana in their room and the smell carried out into the hall.
