The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was ok. The what I assume was a premade cheese omelet was disgusting. I think they should have just had scrambled eggs.
Other than that it was nice. I have stayed there twice and both times I had the same room.

Door in bathroom felt like it was going to break off and any moment. Or we were going to break it just trying to get out. Toilet ran. Had to man handle the shower faucet to get it to turn off all the way or it would drop. 1 of the queen beds (Rm 205) sinks very bad in the middle so definitely not comfortable for 2 people. Luckily we had our son sleep on that one. Beds NOT comfortable. Room didn't get very cold and it felt muggy. Would not stay here again. Only positive, all staff members were friendly and it's around lots of restaurants

The check-in was friendly and fast. The service was excellent and the breakfast was better than what one usually gets where it is described as "continental." The location was also convenient to everything we wanted to do in Baton Rouge.

The lady at the front desk was just very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner and I’ve never seen a place that doesn’t provide that to their customers. Would never stay here again

The only minor complaint I have is the gym is very outdated. I still worked up a sweat but it was because I kept the ac off. Everything else was great. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

Had an issue with my room when I checked in. I was traveling to Baton Rouge with my two sons to watch the LSU football game. I reserved a room with two queen beds, and was told that I had one king. Everything (including this hotel) was full. They were able to move some things around and get me a room with two queens. It was a 6.5 hour drive to get there, and I was really not in the mood to deal with this. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE, AND GETTING US TAKEN CARE OF!!! YOU HELPED MAKE OUR TRIP SPECIAL!!!

The staff at the reception desk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
The elevator floor was filthy, the WiFi signal was so weak as to be essentially nonfunctional, we spent a total of 5 days and four nights and at no point did housekeeping enter our room to provide clean towels or empty the garbage, and the blackout curtain was falling off the rod

We enjoyed having a nice, clean place to stay after the LSU game. It is in a great location as you don’t have to get on the interstate from the university, and it’s only 20 minutes away. We have stayed here multiple times and will stay again next time we’re in Baton Rouge.

There for a LSU college visit. Checked in around 1 AM, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, location is great - took us about 5 minutes to get to campus.

The room was very good, clean, well supplied. The breakfast was great. As I have stated before when I've stayed with you, the WiFi signal is nearly nonexistent. That is frustrating when I have business to take care of.

Arrived late and found toilet clogged in my room. When I called down for assistance, I was told they had no majntenance and offered the plunger they kept at the desk. I asked for the manager and was told he went home for the weekend. I asked for a new room and was told no, that was not allowed. I left and went to the Holiday Inn a couple of buildings away, where for an extra $29 per night they don't require guests to do their own maintenance or clean up after other guests.

Property was fine for overnight stay. ‘Free breakfast’ was standard fare. Rooms nice and sheets very soft. Property location is difficult to get on/off main streets, but not property fault. Several other hotels in same street with same problem. Bad street design. We would stay again.

Stayed two nights. Room was alright but could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom door was messed up and the stopped for the tub was not attached properly. Could’ve been cleaned a lot thoroughly due to baseboards being filthy. Walls were missing paint in a few areas. Other than that it was quiet and staff was friendly

I loved the convenience of the hotel to my daughters apt. and the dining options. When we first arrived, the gentleman behind desk was personable. We got to our room and the phone didn't work and only 1 set of towels. Breakfast was delicious and hot. I will be returning.

The mold on the ceiling, the dirty carpet(I am not sure it had ever been cleaned), the moldy smell, the dampness in the room, the AC that sounded like a jet was landing, and the trash in the hallways earned this hotel a rating of "terrible."

The hotel is very outdated. The pull out sofa had used sheets. The overall room needed a deep cleaning. This was a last minute option, but i waa hoping for better. Definitely not worth the money that was paid. Very disappointing.
