The Spa & Bath House at the Royal Crescent Hotel is located next to the Dower House Restaurant at the end of the garden in one of the converted coach houses. Spa facilities include a relaxation pool, wooden hot and cool tubs, steam room and sauna. Treatments include reflexology, Thai massage, shiatsu, reiki, Indian head massage, algae and other body wraps (reservations are recommended for all treatments). Guests can workout in the gymnasium offering cardiovascular equipment, weight machines, and classes including yoga, pilates, and qi-gong. The hotel has a landscaped English garden where guests can play croquet on the lawn during the warmer months.

Complimentary breakfast is offered to all guests. Two drawing rooms with period furniture and decor, provide a library or reading room. There is also a meeting room catering for dinners or meetings for up to 10 people. Suites can also be used for meetings.
