Not one to complain but there were a few issues with the bathroom( flickering light, shower tub spout continuously dropped and mold on the wall by the shower)… the flickering light was my main concern since it was borderline nauseating being in there so I mentioned it to the front desk worker who went to get the manager… re explained to the manager but was just given attitude and excuses instead of just taking care of the issues… ended up switch rooms which the bathroom was missing the light bulb over the shower(the one that was strobing in the first room) so the maintenance worker tried to put a bulb in but the socket in the recessed can is bent sideways so he could get the bulb in… lol the fixtures in the shower along with the shower inserts need some maintenance( or just to be replaced)… all the other staff members were polite; just a nasty manager

We moved you to another room . There was a medical emergency with a guest at that time you were not aware of . That was our concern at that time . No one was nasty ??? . A non smoking hotel means just that . The marijuana smell was overpowering .

This place was great, the staff was very welcoming. The rooms were in great shape, nothing was out of place or broken. Towards my last couple of nights, there were a lot of guests staying, but you would only know that by looking at the parking lot, you could not here any of them inside the building. I did not have breakfast here only because I was visiting family and ate there, but it smelled and looked delicious. Thank you for the great stay!

Young man at desk for check in was very helpful. Our room was still occupied by the previous tenant, and we were given a room across the hall. Very nice room with extra room to move around in. Breakfast was good.

Nice place to stay in Batesville.
Good stay. The hotel was very nice, and the front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. We really liked the room. I was disappointed that there were no biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but I enjoyed the rest of it.

Comfortable stay. This hotel is better than expected. My only criticism is the pool was down for maintenance and the gym was under equipped with only one treadmill that was inoperable due to a missing key/fob. My room was nice and the location was ideal.

Greedy Manager
Had a 3 night reservation but finish my job early. They checked me out (so nice right?) but refused to refund the 3rd night. Manager acted like she was doing me a favor by checking me out of the hotel after the second night. She just wanted to get double pay by renting it out to someone else. Greedy! Won’t stay here when in town again.

Great hotel - Hard bed.
This hotel was wonderful, but unfortunately I couldn't sleep. The bed was ROCK hard. Like absolutely no give all. I made it a couple hours a night and then I was awake. Aside from that, the staff was wonderful, the room was super clean, and breakfast was delicious.
