More annoyed than happy

Room was clean & neat which was great the service however was disappointing which made for a less than great experience. Arrived late only to realise our second room we had purchased was locked even though we paid for the room. We were charged for the full rate of two rooms and yet we had to ask permission to access the second room?!... at 12am in the morning when we arrived, the last thing we wanted to organise at that time. Then almost being charged for room service the next morning which we didn't receive considering we arrived 12am in the morning... the room service clocks off around evening, use your common sense. Both did not make for a happy review unless they treat people better, definitely won't recommend to anyone nor will be returning.
