"What a wonderful place to stay! The location, facilities and rooms were great. The entire staff, from front desk to valets and bartenders, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location right downtown near the State Capitol is perfect, with plenty of reasonable parking options, restaurants, and entertainment venues. We were in town for the Sting 3.0 concert at the Moody outdoor ampitheater. Just wonderful. "

"The hotel was okay during my stay. There was an incident where the fire alarm was pulled and several guests including myself had to descend the stairs on floors up to level 11. Check in is late as I could not check in earlier unless I paid a $50 fee. I typically use Holiday Inn for hotel stays, but this trip missed the mark. The staff was friendly which was what highlighted the best part of staying here."
