"I like the location, bus stop nearby, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Vitoria where buses to Capri Town, chair lift to Mont Solaro. Another 2 minutes to bus station to Faro and Blue Grotto. It is a very convenient location. The property has beautiful Terrance to view sunset and sun rise. Breakfast items are adequate , dinning staffs are very good to refill items. "

"The location is excellent. Really centrally located and walkable to everything you would need in Sorrento. Valet service is offered if you have a car and they are one of few hotels that are dog friendly with no weight restriction - we have a medium dog which falls way over the standard 5kg or generous 10kg rule! The staff however, do not really leave an impact. Reception staff answer all questions appropriately but I wouldn’t describe as warm or friendly. F&B staff in abundance at breakfast but the spread was disappointing and coffee always delivered cold. Three mornings with three different coffees tried, all served tepid at most. Shame as it is a classic and old Italian building which has its charm otherwise. "
