This was a great hotel in Mostar! We had booked a standard room, but were informed of an issue with that room on our arrival, and upgraded for free! Super convenient location, and run by a kind family who offered to help us at every turn. Highly recommend!

Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ....
