Newly Renovated Coastal Getaway

Newly renovated quiet and cozy bungalow, this self-contained accomodation is on our property but detached from the main house.

A 10 minute walk from the main street of Barwon Heads, perfect for a couple or solo traveller.

The bungalow has a comfy queen size bed, kitchenette, brand new bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath and a beautiful deck with an outdoor shower for after the beach.

High-speed WiFi and flat screen Apple TV.

Split system heating/cooling.

All towels and linen provided, as well as basic shampoo, conditioner, tea/coffee/milk.

The kitchenette has a small fridge, kettle, toaster coffee plunger and microwave. Please note: there is no cook top or stove inside the bungalow, we do have a Webber bbq available for you to use.

Everything you need to unwind for a getaway on the coast.

Your hosts Caity and Ed live in the main house with their cat Egg. The main house is close to the bungalow but we assure you will have total privacy other than a shared entrance through the main gate.

We are a young-(ish!) couple who love where we live and are more than happy to answer any questions you have, or provide anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable.

Ed is a very keen surfer and will happily give you all the information on the best waves and the best times to surf.

To help you get around town we also have a few bikes you are more than welcome to borrow.

Perfect spot for a night in Barwon Heads

Convenient Accommodation for a Couple

We were a couple involved with the VIC Open golf tournament at 13th Beach Golf Course and this accommodation was perfect for our needs. We were up early in the morning and back early evening. There were no hassles and we had all we needed. Our only small inconvenience was that there were no tissues provided.

The lovely landlords were a pleasure to deal with and provided everything we needed for our weeklong stay .. facilities in the gorgeous modern beach shack were amazing from a comfy bed to the oversized bathroom ...would definitely recommend 👌👌

Impeccable, cosy and bright.

I have just spent four nights at this property with my daughter and cannot rate it highly enough. It was bright and immaculately clean. Everything was of a very high standard including the bed linen, crockery and furnishings. The property had everything we needed and everything we forgot to bring! The bathroom was very spacious with a bath and a great shower. It was such a comfortable, cosy place to stay and I loved the attention to detail that the hosts obviously have. The hosts were very welcoming and more than happy to be contacted at any time should we need anything. Thank you so much Caity and Ed you have a great little Gem here. Keep up the good work. Cosy, clean and conscientious

This was a wonderful two night stay. We were so impressed with the level of detail in this humble little hideaway. The bungalow was impeccably clean and equipped with all the essentials required for a coastal weekend away including use of a Webber BBQ. The thoughtful little extras like Bluetooth speaker, card games, Apple TV, scented candles, and even bug spray exceeded expectations. Combine all of this with the added bonus of a full sized bath, and you almost didn’t want to leave the room. We would definitely return here and highly recommend to anybody.

This little bungalow was everything we hoped it would be. So so adorable, Not a trick was missed.

We were more than happy with this stay. Everything about this bungalow was what we were looking for. The placement and colour was very well thought through, which made this place so adorable and homely.
