"The pre-arrival communication was very good. I arrived late but they sent me a very detailed step-by-step process to check-in without staff. It was very helpful and easy. The room and building is a bit dated but it was clean and I really appreciated all the amenities of the room, like a full kitchen, which was so handy. The location is alright, bit of a walk into the city but there are some restaurants and stores very close by."

"From first contact, Nathalie was extremely helpful, we got a great video for check in as we were arriving very late at night. The wine was great, we know, we drank enough of it!! The house was clean and spacious with lots of games, the swimming pool was perfect, we all loved the diving board. "Great place to stay if you are planning on getting around Bordeaux by bike or biking along the Garrone. It's a bit outside if town but very accessible. The staff were very nice. Restaurant was closed for dinner when we arrived but breakfast was excellent."
