Like all locations in the UK, the lack of an physical address (i.e., street number reflecting where the lodging is located causes the customer to " literally" "ask people" where the lodging is physically located. At Limpert Bay, this task took about an extra hour and was completely dependent on finding someone outside nearby who knew where the lodging was physically located. I lucked out and stopped a walker who knew where the lodging was located, thus, gave me directions to get there.
Based on not having a "real physical address" to publish on their website, is probable due to the postal service in the UK forcing its people to travel to their local post office to secure their postal mail.
This problem could very well cause an expedia customer not to "ever" find their reserved lodging and, thus, request a legitimate refund for their payment to the lodging.
