"This is a beautiful place with all the details covered. The decor is gorgeous, lots of little things taken care of. We lacked for nothing. Easy beach access on one side, pool on the other. Lots of room. Kitchen, linens, water things well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. The location is way out of town which was not a problem for us."

"This home was stunning! Everything was as described, elegant, very clean, kitchen and bathrooms were very well supplied. Plenty of room to lounge and spread out within the home for our family of 10. The setting is amazing, with very beautiful views of the ocean within the home. Communication with the host was great, very responsive when a minor issue arose and was quickly resolved. We look forward to spending more family vacations in this home in the future."

"Beautiful property with private beach access. Lots of amenities for family getaways. House was very clean and well stocked, with all sorts of extras in the two kitchens. The upstairs and downstairs were arranged perfectly for two sets of families, or guests. Very quiet and peaceful area of Melbourne Beach."

"This place was great! The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen has labels so you know where everything is in the kitchen. This house was the most equipped house we have ever stayed at when it came to the kitchen. Fully stocked with anything you could need. Upon request, the host sent me more pictures of the home, and they were a big help. The house actually has 5 floors with about 7 steps between each floor. The view is amazing here! We wish the deck would have had bar stool high chairs so you could see over the deck railing, but the view was great either way. The water pressure wasn’t great, but it got the job done. The no-see-ums were really bad and some locals told us to use fans to keep them away from you while sitting on a deck, but the deck plug ins didn’t work so that was out. There was a fan in every room which was so nice. We put the fans by all the doors so the bugs wouldn’t come in when we opened the doors to go in and out. The no-see-ums were even bad on the beach if the wind wasn’t blowing. Normal bug spray didn’t work for us unless it had deet in it. The host was wonderful in warning us about the no-see-ums so we were prepared ahead of time. No matter what you do though, you’ll probably get bit at some point. lol This is totally out of the host’s control of course so just be prepared. We got to see sea turtles laying their eggs, which was amazing!! We saw so many different aquatic animals, it truly was amazing. We loved our stay here."

"Family of four, we rented the upper unit and we absolutely loved it. Would definitely return to the house and area. Lance and Amy were extremely nice and very responsive to any questions we had.My kids loved the pool area, dock and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!!"

"We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the A1A and this may be our new favorite! Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. There were many games and activities at the house that everyone enjoyed, including the teenagers! We loved that the house is located in a quieter area but still only 9 minutes away from Publix and 20 minutes away from surf shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive and left great recommendations for restaurants. 10/10 vacation. We hope to visit again!"
