Patched unpainted walls and ceilings, cracked floor tiles in bathroom. Got into assigned room started to unpack when one of the kids needed to use the bathroom. She opened the toilet lid only to find it disgusting and I cleaned with feces all round.

Stayed at this property for three nights four days during a hockey tournament and the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Anytime I was in the hallway I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The pool was warm and inviting, and the breakfast every morning was unreal. So many amazing options for every diet. This location is perfect for families as you are surrounded by many things to do. Conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping centres. I would definitely stay here again if I was in this area.

Shellys stay in Barrie
The only reason I gave the hotel, a downgrade from excellent for cleanliness and tidy nice is because the bathtub needed a little elbow grease in the corners, but that’s all! Everything else about the room was perfect, the staff was awesome and very helpful, the pool was comfortable and inviting, and breakfast was great! My daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much everybody for your welcome and for a job well done.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The morning breakfast person was unprofessional and rude. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and had a nice pool. and was close to the highway, shopping, and restaurants
