When we walked into our room it looked clean and spaciousness until we used the washroom! It was obviously not cleaned the amount of hair that was in the floor was rather disgusting the bathtubs was not cleaned out as their was hair in it and soap residue !! This just completely turned us off if this room!! Although I did not call down to the front desk which perhaps I should have but really it wouldn't have made a difference because of what we experienced in the bathroom !! Sure they could have cleaned it up but just knowing that the bathroom was left uncleaned! Would u stay here again probably not !!

Nice hotel but not close to much activity

Pros: Room was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet.
Cons: Automatically email the receipt, or offer a print out if that's not the case.
Location: There wasn't much to do close by. A box mall, but not many restaurants. I had to go back down the highway to the next stop.
The person at the desk was pleasant but wasn't overly welcoming. My key didn't work at first so I had to come back down and get it reset. Finally - I didn't get a copy of my receipt. When I turned my keys in I didn't ask, but every hotel I've been to this year automatically emails the receipt to me. If Hampton don't do that automatically, then they should offer it to you when you check out. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. Very nice.

Front desk "paul" was dry and should not be the first person you meet at the hotel. He did not want to be at his job that evening. No fridge in room. Paper cups instead of glasses and the coffee maker was in the bathroom and towels were hard. Will not be back.

Cons: The desk clerk did not have a good attitude. The breakfast was not good. No fan in the bathroom.
We always stay at Hampton Inns for the cleanliness and were not disappointed.

Enjoyable Stay

Great place Room was a good size for a family of 5 and hotel staff very friendly. Pool was nice and breakfast included was a bonus.

Great Service...Great Food...BAD Beds

The hotel staff was great! All were friendly, inviting and up beat. Check in was super easy!! Breakfast was amazing!! The one negative (which is really a big thing for me) is that the beds were UNCOMFORTABLE!! It felt like we were laying on boards. I honestly think that we would've been more comfortable sleeping on the floor...

Hotel was great and spacious. Worth the extra $20 for a suite. Breakfast was good. Only thing was pool was a little small. There was a dance group of girls and gymnastics group of girls that were getting pretty dangerous flipping off each others shoulders and running around the pool. Should have had a hotel Staff come in and tell them ok what you're doing is dangerous if we have to say it again the pool will be closed. Or something like that. That would have ended the horseplay.
