Having said that it has all the mod cons you want – TV, air conditioning, fridge and microwave etc. But frankly, who needs it, just bring a stack of books. a couple of bottles of wine, some bread and cheeses and move around from east to west from front veranda to back porch and enjoy your stay. From the outside it looks sweet and rustic and inside is decorated beautifully with lots of period bits and pieces but with all the mod cons. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays or Kangaroo Valley town is a few minutes by car or 20 by foot. We enjoyed wine and cheese on the back veranda watching the resident cows and the whole place felt very peaceful and relaxing.
