I didn’t like it dirty carpet smell bad. GYM Was no Available I went to another property to exercise, on my way back to the hotel the area was dark scary, I ask people from the basement to open the door for me, they didn’t do it for “safety”, they didn’t care that me and my husband were in the dark and an isolate area.

Stay away from there!
I highly encourage anyone seeking to stay at this facility to look for a different hotel. This place is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to charging fees. I was utterly shocked when I was told that I owned them money for fees that, according to the front desk person, hotels.com did not inform me of. I showed them what my reservation said and it clearly stayed that my reservation was paid in full. This was very upsetting to me becuase they did not believe what that email said. It was like I was telling them lies and that's just awful an experience! If you do value your inner peace as I do then it is best to stay elsewhere!

READ BEFORE STAYING HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING!!!! Everything was going fine until minor problems arose, such as they have taxis that wait at the hotel (contracted) that kept upping the price to go to the same location by the end of the stay it was almost double the first day. I mean the hotel is very cheap and its actually very nice. However, its incredible how poor the staff is. I had an employee harass me for over 7 hours begging me for money and the front desk manager/Luza did nothing. I was in so much fear for this man to enter my room I barricaded the door. Scary right? Well hotels.com was of course doing nothing and have done nothing. Finally they told the man to go home which he obliged. They asked me down to the front desk and offered a solution that allowed me, the manager, the assistant manager, and the man who harassed me to determine if he should be fired. What was crazy was they wanted me to decide. I replaced the mini fridge with wrong items and was harassed over $3 USD even after all of that. No refunds, discounts or anything were offered, asked, or received. The location is very nice the neighborhood is very safe. Im American and spoke barely any Spanish and felt more unsafe walking around New Orleans. MANY other hotels within blocks of the area stay there!!!!!!

E hotel tiene una gran humedad, sientes la cama, el sofa, toallas mojados. Sobre todo la cama cuando te acuestas en la noche. El hotel se nota que procuran hacerle mantenimiento continuo, pero e mobiliario, equipos, aires, necesitan cambiarlos. La atención del staff es muy buena y servicial

The hotel is pretty old, definitely needs a facelift, the bedroom is quite spacious and nice comfy bed, although I decided to stay on my return at another hotel nearby. The pool is small but there was only a couple when I was there so that was a + overall I rather use other hotels to stay.

The prices were hiked due to the Colombian football match in BAQ. We are international residents living in BAQ who were waiting to move into a new home and got caught out having returned from Bogota. The room was ok, pretty clean but not great. Breakfast average - having lived out of suitcase for 5 weeks, this was definitely not our best experience. The staff were mostly helpful however our laundry was not delivered within the stated 24 hours and we found ourselves without clean clothes for another day - and it costed us over USD &100. I would not recommend the hotel to foreigners.
