I stayed at the Park Hotel for 3 night 8th - 1th January. The hotel is very clean and shows up as high end, but the overall price wasn't so steep. I had 2 bar meals which were delicious and reasonably priced, and 3 nights good sleep in a more than comfortable double room. Breakfast selection is also good and the food quality excellent. I'll be back

I thought that the hotel looked very nice and modern but there was a few stains on the floors. If you like to wear trackie bottoms this isn't the hotel for you as the staff are very nice at first glance but when I walked away from the desk after asking a question, I heard one member of staff say to another "that's the one I was on about". So they will judge you based off MY EXPERIENCE. I room was a little bit on the small side but was very comfortable, I also had sky tv in the room. The bathroom was nice an clean but at the bottom of the mirror there was all black stuff that was noticeable instantly. But overall I enjoyed my stay

Brend Hotels are always a safe bet
The Brend Hotels group are always a safe bet for comfortable affordable luxury. My bathroom was small in one of the Garden rooms but a nice room and perfect for business travel.

I booked for 2 persons - myself and my son, the room was not suitable for 2 persons. You literally are on top of each other in a very tight space and either one person will end up falling out the bed or you have to sleep tightly cuddled all night. The annexe should not be rated as a 4 star as it is not. I then had to pay for an upgrade at £30 per night. Ridiculous at such price per night!

Best hotel in UK so far.
I was really impressed with interior design, food quantity and friendly staff. Rooms clean and spacious. Definitely better than Premier inn or Holiday Inn.

The team at The Park are always very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We attended a funeral this visit and they got our room ready early so we could change. We also had our daughter come up for lunch, who was made to feel very welcome even though she was not staying. Food was delicious and service friendly.

Absolute fantastic! Beautiful modern room, spotlessly clean, air conditioning which was a life saver in the heatwave! Bed was so comfy. Staff are so friendly, helpful, courteous and nothing was ever too much trouble! Highly recommend! Definitely be coming back!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel and very pleasant staff. Big wedding there on the same weekend we stayed which meant this took precedence over the availability of seating in the shared spaces which I wish we had been advised prior to arrival. On the second day reserved signs were placed on tables for hotel residents so we were able to get a small table on the veranda at least. Great to share facilities with another hotel in chain for pool.
