My room had a broken chair. Curtains wouldn't close completely.
Breakfast was a disaster. Hard boiled eggs had raw eggs mixed in. 4 slot toaster only had one slot that worked. Ran out of syrup for the waffle.

The room I stayed in needed a deep cleaning. Over all the condition of the room was shabby and run down. Shabby and run down is ok if it's clean, and in good repair. This room was not.
