"Sound on the tv did not work. Room wasn’t fully clean. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion that were left for us were previously used. Our garbage was changed daily. The breakfast was good. Check in was a breeze. "

"The desk agent seemed annoyed when I came back after checking both room keys and said they didn’t work. We asked for a different room. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, the floor was filthy, no lamp shades, no smoke alarm, noisy. The beds were on a metal base that made a loud noise every time I got up. "
