La ubicación es perfecta ya que tiene la playa cruzando la calle y está a pasos del centro cívico, también tenés muchas opciones para comer cerca. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio, tenés mucha variedad de cosas para desayunar. La amabilidad del personal y buena predisposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites hace que la estadía sea agradable.

Not a good place to stay during the summer if you want a quiet place with a view. Lot´s of noice from the street just outside the window. And also a lot of light from outside went inside the room.

The hotel is next to the lake and has a spectacular view of the snowing mountains. You can enjoy the view while eating breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the quality of the food is excellent. Dinning and shopping options are walkable.

This property is falling apart. Even the floor has holes that are covered with carpet. Bathroom grout has mold. Towels are worn out. No A/C. Breakfast is very poor. Overall should be demolished. Location is the only good thing. The pictures in the internet are nothing like the true building.

The view is the best
Beautiful view overlooking the lake from an updated and perfectly appointed spacious room and bath. This is an older hotel that has it own charm and is an excellent value. In the city center with all the shops and restaurants. Right now, the hotel restaurant is closed but, you will see the dining room lake view at breakfast.

Our room was right above a busy road and the window was broken. There was traffic noise all night. When we realized it and asked staff to fix it they said ok but no one fixed it. On checkout when I asked for a discount t for the discomfort I was refused. Hotels.com had said it is a $750 charge. The hotel said they wld not charge for the incidentals but I was charged around $790. Overall the rooms are really small and the hotel seems dated. The location is the only excellent thing, located closed to downtown.

This property had a lovely old time feel with lovely large wooden furnishings, a large lounge with a pool table, and a delicious breakfast. It was very convenient to the center of town but right on the lake and we had a lovely lake view room.

I would not stay here again. At check-in the staff were surly and very unwelcoming. It was downhill from there. In the 3 days that we stayed there they did not even give us fresh glasses in our room-- we had to reuse the same glasses for 3 days. Ugh!! The room was depressing-- not at all well appointed, tacky furniture. The view of the lake from most rooms is unfortunately marred by an ugly dock for boats-- probably one of the few places facing the lake with a bad view. The breakfast was awful. We had been traveling in Argentina the previous week and had delicious coffee everywhere. Not at Tres Reyes-- even their coffee was disgusting. The breakfast room staff were actually very polite and nice, unlike the front desk staff.

Good hotel with perfect location
Check in was not available at 1.00 as stated. We were told our room would be available in 15 minutes. After 45mins I approached reception who called housekeeping. Room had been ready but he forgot to tell us. Reception gave us complementary drink. Room was lovely with lake view. Good comfortable bed & good sized room. Breakfast had good selection & great views. Location is best in Bariloche, especially if you have no car. Easy access to buses to see whole area. Glad we picked this hotel

The front desk people, with a couple of exceptions were unfriendly. They did help me get a better room after a long explanation about why I wasn’t happy with mine. Repeating several times that I would have to pay the difference. I never intended to get a free upgrade but that’s what they seemed concerned with. Also, we went to the bar with our own bottle of wine asking to use their wine opener. They charged us a corkage fee to open the wine and hand it right back to us. I am always happy to pay a corkage fee at a restaurant where you are served the wine. In this case it was just too much! Breakfast was terrible!!! Specially if you are looking for scrumbled eggs and fresh fruit in the morning - just plan on going somewhere else. I asked if it was possible to get a fried egg and was denied that. Lots of choices for people who like to eat sweets in the morning though, the coffee was really good! The internet connection was very spotty and I had to go to the lobby anytime I needed to do something important like reply to an email or make a reservation. The rooms needed an update years ago. I was happy to pay for an upgrade to a bigger room, and bigger bathroom. WiFi didn’t work in either room most of the time. Also, there’s no AC so you can open one of the window which are very nice and have been upgraded! The only problem with that is that the room gets noisy and a LOT of dust comes in from the street. I think a simple fan in the room would go a long way!

The elevator ruined 2 days!! I had recently had a surgery and had very hard time going up/down from the room to lobby or viceversa... The said they couldn’t do anything... because I had paid for a lake view room and all of them were unavailable on the first level... Really disappointed and would never recommend it.

We only stayed 1 night but would happily have stayed longer if we'd had time. Would recommend and stay again. Comfy bed and smart tv in room. Free cocktail on arrival which we had in the lovely lounge overlooking the lake. Breakfast was ok, standard for we've had in Argentina so far (bread, cakes, scrambled eggs and cereal etc). Great location right in centre but not noisy. Decor slightly dated in places but functional and comfortable.

Great location. Reasonable price.
Twin bed is a bit too small. No A/C, so it can get a little muggy on a hot day even with a fan provided by the hotel. Nice breakfast. Beautiful view of the lake from the lobby and breakfast room. Good WiFi. Great location, within walking distance from downtown area. Great service except when it’s time to pay. I had to show hotel.com confirmation email print out to get them to honor the price.

The hotel is comfortable, located on the lake but facing a pretty busy street. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops nearby. The service is nice but extremely slow.

Good location
The hotel offers minimal services. There are no bell boys and you have to lug your bags up the front steps and to your room. The buffet breakfast was good. The bed was a double in a superior room with lake view and it was noisy at night. The best part it had going for it was the location as it was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and right on the lake. There was construction going on at the main entrance to the hotel and therefore noisy, but that can be understood. We dont know if we would stay there again as the hotel has not really improved in the last 20 years since we were last there.
