"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. "We celebrated our wedding with a small group of close family and friends, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The villa was the perfect setting, beautifully designed to accommodate everyone comfortably while still allowing each group their own sense of privacy.The scenery was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made the entire stay feel magical. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived.Our rehearsal dinner was a highlight, we enjoyed amazing pizza along with beer and wine, all prepared by a talented chef. There was a wide variety of toppings, and every guest found something they loved.Marie was instrumental in bringing everything together. She helped coordinate every detail, from flowers and catering to hair services and connecting us with a fantastic photographer. Her organization and support made the entire process seamless.This villa and everyone involved truly made our dream wedding come to life. Thank you for creating such a memorable and special experience for us."

"When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."

"We left a big piece of our collective hearts in Treppignana! The massive, rustic building was perfect for our family group. When you travel a long way (Canada and Norway) it’s great to be impressed and that we were! Everyone was kind and accommodating to us. It was a very personal experience. We had the pizza chef come to feed us one evening. This is most highly recommended. I got pretty good at driving the road up to the palazzo but I recommend two things: at first, don’t do it in the dark, and be sure to rent a narrow, sturdy vehicle. Overall a 10/10 unforgettable experience. "

"Nice property in an amazing setting. The Villa is in a great spot with fabulous views from the terrace. The interior is very traditional, but with all the amenities you would need. The pool is lovely and much needed in the heat of summer. Given the location you will need a car as not much within walking distance although lots of lovely restaurants in Bagni and a good sized supermarket. The Villa Rosa team couldn’t have been more helpful - from directions, to local recommendations, they were great. Only downside and outside of owners control was we were woken up by barking dogs on a number of occasions early in the morning from the houses nearby. Also bring bug spray if you visit in the summer! Overall a great stay and would recommend "
