Dear Peter, I confirm you that you had a superior double room but when you came at reception to inform us that it was too small for your needs, our general manager offered you to move the next day in a bigger apartment ( a studio apartment) but you refused, telling that you prefered to stay in that room. Concerning bathrobes and toiletries, tissues and mini bar we are not a 5 star hotel, so we give guests the best we can: shampoo and body wash, sleepers, soap and single use glass.
