Beautiful grounds and pool with historical feel. Staff provided good breakfast and willing to prepare eggs, if requested. Assigned us a larger room with adequate walk-in shower. We didnt like the flat, uncomfortable pillows, and requested 2 additional ones.

Decent option for Bari airport
We stayed in this hotel as it was somewhat close to Bari airport. The hotel is in an industrial area and when we went to the swimming pool was not in use. Other than that, it was clean and well maintained, however the decor is quite dated.

Desaster arrive at the hotel nobody at t reception
Worst experience with a hotel in my life. I arrive late i let the gotel kniw they keep me waiting for 2.30 hours naobady was at the recption. After 2.30 hours the recepcionist get awake from the room were he was sleeping and dont even apoligize. Incredible not security the doors were open thw computers printes all turn on lights in a deserted reception. Incredible!! First time in my life

Lovely Simona!
Lovely full service hotel that, although in an industrial area, is comfortable, charming and accommodating. Loved Simona from the front desk, who was so sweet and helpful, plus full of a bubbling personality! The grounds are beautiful, and hotel immaculate. Only suggestion would be an upgrade in the breakfast offering (which "came" with the room).

The room did not have the advertised number of beds. Even when I complained, the new room still did not have the master and two smaller beds. Restaurant was not open Saturday night, but for E12, we had wonderful antipasti and vino rosso della casa. It was nice of them to make arrangements for us, but no restaurants were available before 8:30. The staff was accomodating, but when I asked to take a biscotti for the trip home for the children, I was not allowed. I think most of the problems were because of my English and little Italian. I'm glad I had the Hotels.com site still loaded into the iPad so I could show the desk clerk my reservation and get a better room. Wifi does not reach into the room. 20m from the common area. It only seems to work near the front desk. I am thinking that the hotel would be absolutely wonderful in the high summer season with the two restaurants and lots of tenants. But in the off season of winter/early spring, the pool was not operational, and the hotel seemed to still be getting ready for the coming season, they weren't ready for us.

Un hôtel très agréable, avec des services de grande qualité. La piscine est un vrai atout très appréciable. Les chambres sont de taille suffisantes et en très bon état. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et également de qualité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Di passaggio abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la posizione periferica rispetto al centro abitato. Molto ampio il parcheggio. Ottima la cena, come ottimo il rapporto prezzo qualità.

Brevissimo soggiorno di una sola notte in bassissima stagione. Camera nello standard della categoria. Pulizia sufficiente sia della camera che del bagno. Unica pecca la colazione non inclusa nel prezzo. Avendo prenotato da Expedia e pagato la camera matrimoniale ad un prezzo che, mediamente, in altri posti la colazione per 2 persone è inclusa, non mi aspettavo di dover pagare un extra per la colazione.

L'hotel si trova nella zona industriale di Corato lontano dal centro della località ma vicino alle tangenziali che consentono l'accesso alle località turistiche (Barletta, Trani ecc.) Piscina molto bella e buon ristorante. Personale competente e gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo.

Presumo qualcosa non funzioni prenotando con hotels.com in quanto dopo aver inserito 2 adulti + 2 bambini ci avevano dato una camera doppia con lettino. La ragazza alla reception ci ha spostato in una tripla con lettino da campeggio senza extra costi (6 € per il lettino come scritto nel sito). Suggerisco di sistemare il problema perché da come parlava non siamo i primi ad avere questo inconveniente. Guardando nel sito quando prenoti per 4 persone ti dà tra le opzioni una doppia il che non è possibile fisicamente. Guardando nel sito tra i costi chiedono 6 € per lettino campeggio e 27 € per letto aggiuntivo. Ma allora perché non mettere la tariffa in automatico??? Per il resto bella piscina curata e colazione a buffet abbondante. Non c'è nulla nelle vicinanze ma questo lo sapevo

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel confortable, mais difficile à trouver sans GPS. Le personnel est compétent et professionnel mais manque un peu de chaleur humaine. La piscine serait elle-aussi agréable si : - elle restait ouverte aux heures les plus chaudes - on ne devait pas supporter le bruit d'une sono inutile - elle était seulement réservée aux clients de l'hôtel...

Lomakohteena positiivinen, ei mikään turistirysä, mutta nähtävyyksiä myös lyhyiden automatkojen säteellä. Allasalue oli mainio, hotellin henkilökunta ja palvelu myös. Aamiainen oli hiukan yksipuolinen (salaatit puuttuivat), mutta pärjäsi hyvin. Hotellin ympäristö osittain ankeaa teollisuusaluetta sinne tultaessa, mutta Coraton kaupunki kuitenkin muutaman kilometrin päässä lähellä, jossa hyvin palveluja.

L'hotel si presenta bene ma il servizio non e' adeguato ad un 4 stelle. Varie inefficienze, forse prrche' essendo un periodo fuori stagione il personale e' molto ridotto.
