The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, surprising me with a beautifully decorated room adorned with balloons. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the range of amenities available. Whether it was the cozy bedding or the restaurant & bar, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. What truly set B21 apart, however, was the staff. Their friendliness and genuine care made me feel right at home. Their quick responses and congenial attitudes made every interaction a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend B21 to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Bari. I'm already planning my next visit, and I can't wait to experience the hospitality of this amazing hotel once again."

"A charming B&B set in the old city of Bari but on the borders of the new city which is a fabulous retail centre. The old city is fascinating with incredible ancient architecture and little alleyways that are filled with lots of small bars and independent restaurants. Palazzo Calo has a charming receptionist who couldn’t be more helpful, a large roof terrace and a home made very Italian breakfast. The room was well presented with a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. What is there not to like. "

"Lovely staff, really helpful. Wonderful breakfast choices, fresh fruit, nuts, choice of cereals, bread etc., 4* for choice. Room a little small, but clean and nice bathroom. Just right for a short break."

"Rafaela was an excellent host! She recommended where to park (we had to pay) but helped us unload and load our luggage, explained everything in great detail and made sure we were well situated before she left us. The place was clean and quiet and had great amenities. The food was excellent. "

"The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. While it is not in Bari's downtown area, it is within walking distance, and the property is beautiful. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. Also, the pool area is clean and nice. I will stay here again. "

"Affordable luxury place"

"It was a nice hotel but the WiFi did not hardly work and even the front desk could not get a connection. There was a hot tub in the spa but you have to make reservations to use it ahead of time which is not mentioned in the ad. The breakfast buffet was great and the ocean view is spectacular from the room and rooftop restaurant. "
