Nice to stay
I went to Alberobello from Bari by bus, the hotel was just a few minutes walk from the bus station and easy to be found. The host was nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Would recommend.

easy parking
10 minute walk to the main parts of town, plenty of parking near hotel. wifi worked well. breakfast was the usual continental which starts at 8. Room has a fridge but no english channels on cable.

Good place
Stayed 3 days and it was very pleasant, comfortable and nice big clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in good location near the railway station. This was important as I had no car.

The smallest bathroom & shower cabin!
The smallest shower cabin we've ever experienced even for a small person like me. The Bathroom is very small: one can brush teeth while sitting over the toilette. The soundproof is horrible: one can hear people chatting in the hallway and trucks andcars drive by next to the hotel.

Good value in Alberobello
This is a good basic hotel, which is very good value for the price I paid. It is located five minutes walk from the old area of trulli and nevertheless, parking is easy near the hotel. We had a room on the first floor, so we did not have to carry the luggage upstairs, no elevator. Buffet breakfast, but no big selection.

Sig. una simbolica € 5,00 al giorno, gli altri alberghi la mettono compresa nel prezzo, e gliela fanno pagare per tre volte. E non indipendente, molte volte e centralizzata.

buono in generale; personale poco accogliente
Struttura è pulitissima, se pur datata. Posizione buona e con possibilità di parcheggi nei pressi. Purtroppo il personale mette a disagio, più che ospiti (clienti) ci sentivamo degli intrusi. A colazione noi e gli altri ospiti eravamo guardati a vista con il chiaro messaggio di non prendere altro. Preciso che odio i mangioni e cafoni, eppure tutti ci sentivamo tali, nonostante non abbia notato ospiti che approfittavano. Inoltre mi hanno fatto pagare in più la tassa di soggiorno, pur essendo già inclusa tra le spese preventivate e concordate.

Sig. Lei, anche se il Lei non lo meriterebbe. E' una persona molto cattiva. Quello che ha detto su di noi E' tutto falso, io non ci sono mai stato nella sala colazione, Per la tassa di soggiorno si informi tramite Hotels.com vedra che come dico io. Non merita nessun saluto

onostante questo disguido,ci ritornerei
tutto bene come soggiorno e posizione, un pò meno bene l'accoglienza della signora al momento dell'arrivo in quanto avevamo anticipato l'arrivo rispetto all'orario previsto. Molto gentile e garbato il signore addetto al turno di notte.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, apenas cinco minutos andando al centro del pueblo. La habitación muy amplia y limpia. Sin ruidos. El desayuno bueno y el personal amable. Gracias

駅には近いがスタッフが最悪。泊まらない方がいい。
とにかくスタッフが最悪。チェックイン時間より早く着いたので荷物だけ預けて観光しようと行ったら、時計を指差し「何時だと思ってるんだ！」みたいなことを言ったのだろう。頭ごなしに怒鳴られた！ いつも不機嫌そうで仏頂面。外出から帰って部屋番号を伝えても目も合わさずに、勝手に取れと棚を指差され自分で鍵を取った。 夜遅くにフロントで大声で何か言い合ってて揉めてるかと思ったらテレビを観てさわいでた。 英語は話せないのか話さないのか全く言わない。 ホテルの玄関を23時～7時半まで閉めるので早朝のチェックアウトはできない。 部屋に冷蔵庫はあるが小さく冷えが悪い。端まで掃除されてなく中に髪の毛があった。 部屋はキレく、駅も近いが、それでも泊まる価値はない。嫌な思いの方が強い。

작은 마을의 따뜻한 호텔
가족이 운영하는 호텔. 전체적으로 관리가 깔끔하게 되어있음. 기차역과 매우 가깝고. 트롤리 마을과는 약간 가리가 있지만 고보로 갈수 있는 정도라 전혀 문제되지 않음. 조식 깔끔하고 음료 주문해서 마실수 있음. 주인 아저씨 영어로 의사소통이 거의 안되지만 친절하고 유쾌하심.
