"Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! "This place was better than I could have hoped for - so very new and modern in an ancient place. Best of all worlds. Incredible blackout shades. Very effective AC. Walking distance to all Viareggio has to offer (the beaches!). Shout out to Giacomo! Before our visit we reserved two different beach clubs - Bagno La Pia was excellent as was the restaurant there. Bagno Amedea was not great - they overcharged not realizing I had a reservation and did not apply the 10% discount (coupon from Vu Suites) for the new services either."
