This elegant one bedroom apartment located next to the Sagrada Familia provides a sleek escape from the city's busy streets. Explore the cafes and restaurants dotted along Paseo de Sant Joan during the day, and cozy up at home on your chic sofa at night. The 70 sq. meter flat boasts of a large open kitchen with a dining table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, or replying to your professional emails. The living room meets you with the subtle scents of Moroccan cedar, and large floor to ceiling windows illuminating the entirety of the space. The grey and wooden accents add to the warm and inviting atmosphere, while the beachside scenes framed throughout the apartment echo the soul of Barcelona. As you travel through the apartment, you find a small office equipped with a desk for your working needs and a pouff to ensconce yourself in the corner when seeking a moment of solitude. The apartment is equipped with two full bathrooms - one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower - for whichever mood you might find yourself in. Last is the bedroom, where you will find a perfect night's sleep between the sumptuous sheets of your queen size bed. The warm tones of space coupled with the lush greenery both inside and outside the expansive windows makes you feel right at home in a personal eco friendly retreat. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access). The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system.
