Features: Spacious apartment with three floors in Barcelona that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for groups of families and friends. It has two rooms located on the second floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all prepared with clean sheets. On the same floor, you will find the complete bathroom, equipped with clean towels ready for use. On the first floor of this beautiful apartment with a communal pool, you will find the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to prepare your own meals: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. The living room is nicely decorated, has a TV and a double sofa-bed in which two more people can sleep. The apartment has a communal terrace and pool, plus a private balcony. To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and parking spaces on request. This apartment can be rented for days, weeks or even months. It is the ideal accommodation for groups of families or friends who come to Barcelona for vacations, business, university studies, medical stays and more.
