Welcome to the Penthouse in Barcelona for Long Stays for 6! This wonderful apartment is approximately 75 m² and is located in a building with a lift on the top floor. In addition, it has the advantage of having parking available in the same building for €30/day, for greater comfort during your stay. The Muntaner metro station is close to the apartment, which will make it easier for you to get around the city. The Penthouse in Barcelona for Long Stays for 6 can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 rooms. One of the rooms is the double room, equipped with a double bed, and the other room has 2 single beds. The apartment also has 1 complete bathroom with a walk-in shower for greater comfort. In the living room, you will find an additional double sofa bed, offering space to accommodate more guests if necessary. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. \-: Travel cot/ High Chair: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item.
