Approximately 160m2 + 20m2 terrace! The space: The Penthouse boasts a total constructed area of 160 m2, complemented by a private terraces! The well-designed layout includes four bedrooms, with 2 master bedrooms featuring a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and bidet. Two of the other bedrooms are double bedrooms, one furnished with a medium size bed and the other one with two singles. A third full bathroom with a shower bathtub is conveniently shared among the occupants. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all necessary appliances, as well as a complete set of plates, glasses, and utensils. The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, dining table, small side table, TV, TV furniture, and tasteful decorations. The highlight of this residence is the private terrace, featuring a table with chairs and breathtaking sea and city views. This Penthouse offers a harmonious blend of functionality and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Guest access Exclusive access to the apartment is granted solely to registered guests. The utilization of communal areas within the building is strictly prohibited. Parking access must be arranged prior to arrival.
