Best experience ever with my two 7 year old boys , Super special thanks to Manuel at the reception for he and his male colleague were ever so helpful, it was a delight to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was THE BEST. Huge variety to chose from. Highly recommend the hotel, train station is about 10 mins walk however very easy access from there to the city centre . Hotel is in a nice peaceful area. No drunken dramas in or around the hotel. Very safe for families .

We love this hotel. It is located near both the airport and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean and I love that there is a bathtub! The vibe is fun and relaxed and the food in the restaurant is quite good. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is our “go-to” airport hotel now when traveling out of Barcelona.

Close to the airport, 10-15mins ride by taxi but it’s around 25 euro one way so keep that in mind. Other hotels nearby offer a free shuttle but we decided to stay in this one because of the amenities and how it looked. Unfortunately, while it is a very nice hotel, the restaurant closes early and there is no bar and no food anywhere in the property or around there past 10pm. The room and common areas are a bit smaller than they look in pictures, but overall it’s nice and it was good for one night. Wouldn’t recommend if it’s your first time in Barcelona since it’s far from all the attractions and the lively area of the city.

This is a very nice hotel that is clean, modern and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Cleaning is top notch. The metro station at Almeda is a 7 min walk away through a safe area and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good value. The rooms are large and well appointed.

It's a nice hotel but it is not close to the underground or subway. I booked the rooms for 3 people but somehow there were 2 names in the list for each room. The first day we arrived, the front desk told us he had to charge one extra person which did not make sense to me since the rooms were for 3 people.

Very nice stay. Hotel is overall great. Location is worse - Highway, so you cant hear anything when open window.
Swimming pool was closed - but yea, November, bu I would use it for a sport with combination with "poor" fitness.
Compare to the price I was happy and sattisfied :)

Think twice before you make a booking.
No hot water in the shower. The shower door in room 207 cannot be closed once insde the shower cubicle. It is a terrible design.
No easy access to Metro.
Bar prices are astronomical.

Staff are nice and helpful. I feel safe around the area may be because there are lots of outdoor restaurants around and people are NOT looking rough. It is just about 10 mins walk from metro station and surrounded by various restaurants and thus is convenient.

We arrived before check-in was open and the woman at the desk was accommodating and friendly. We returned a few hours later after visiting the city to check-in. The lady who checked us in was not as friendly. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice and comfortable. One small problem with the room was that the water leaked out under the shower door meaning the floor was quite wet after every shower. The only poor part of this hotel was the restaurant, the food was not great, and the staff were worse. When the waiter brought the food my wife asked for a plate for our 19-month-old son and the waiter just walked away, when he brought the next plate of food she asked him for pepper and again he walked away. The location is around 20 minutes from the city and cost us 24 euros for a taxi from the city centre to the hotel. I would stay here again but would not eat at the restaurant.

Very unfriendly staff. No service on reception area. No one speaks English. Poor service at restaurants in hotel. Very rude owner of Resturant in hotel. Very rude bar tender girls. They discriminate. We wanted the family to eat at restaurant together and they refuse service saying we’re 14 people in family.

The front office staff especially Alyssa, she was fluent in English and able to help us move around in our own. She also helped to call Iberia airlines on the luggage we lost and followed up. Finally able to get the baggage delivered to the hotel.
She moved us to a different room when the 1st room had a water leak - Excellent front office staff Alyssa.
Air conditioning was not good overall.

All the options for kids were great.
The rooms and the bathrooms are very small and the elevator wasn't well maintained (not super clean and the handles were loose)

This place is really nice if you want to stay away from the hustle of the city. but then heading to city Metro stop is 8mins walk and then in 15mins you can get to plaza espana. Best part about this property was the pool, it was very kid friendly, and food. The chef at Binomio restaurant downstairs works wonders on Catalan and Andalucian food. We ate dinner at the hotel only for two nights it was so comforting. Recommend this place with a family when you have more than 2 nights in Barcelona
