THE PRICE SHOWN IS FOR ONE FLAT. Those wonderful apartments are located next to the metro station Lesseps, near the Park Güell and with excellent connections to the main attractions in the city. Note: the pictures are a selection of different units. The apartments might slightly differ in the design and decoration but the characteristics are the same. Your exact apartment will be assigned at arrival. Please note the following important information before booking: \- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). \- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in. \- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
