Transport close to the apartment: Vallcarca. This brand new 2-bedroom apartment for temporary rentals can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has 1 complete bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there is also 1 sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with an Iron, Hairdryer, TV, Washing Machine. When this apartment was designed, the needs of couples were taken into account. For this reason, this apartment has all the facilities to make you feel at home. We are talking about an apartment with an excellent distribution of space, where you can relax after visiting Barcelona. The decoration is elegant, sober, and with a young and familiar spirit. The brand new 2-bedroom apartment in the upper area for temporary rentals has an unbeatable location, very close to Vallcarca station and with excellent bus connections just a few meters from the apartment (131, V17, V19, 22, N4, N5, ). It also has a lot of supermarkets very close to the apartment. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). \-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in. \-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. \-: Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item.
