Welcome to your home. Waiting for you is a designer apartment close by the Mediterranean. Spacious and filled with light, it sits at the end of La Diagonal, the city’s main thoroughfare.

It is home to three sizeable and attractive bedrooms and a stunning balcony offering views of the sea.


Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €6.05 per night applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

The apartment is located in Forum area of Barcelona , very close to huge shopping mall with shops, cinemas, a lot of restaurantes and cafeterias near by . Sagrada Familia and all other main attractions are 5 km away. The nearest airport is El Prat Airport, 22 km from the accommodation.

The spectacular kitchen is fitted out with the finest appliances and accessories.

The bathrooms are large and well equipped and the house as a whole is modern and functional.

Large and filled with light, the lounge and dining room are the ideal places for making plans during your stay.

And if you have children, they’ll have no problem keeping themselves entertained in the development’s communal play park.

There’s also parking if you need it.

Once you’ve settled in, you can make the most of the apartment’s location and head in and out of the city at your leisure. Want to explore the centre of Barcelona?
In a matter of 20 minutes you can be in Plaza Cataluña and walk the city’s most iconic streets, such as Las Ramblas and the Paseo de Gracia, and discover the
Barrio Gótico, Born and Eixample. Or maybe you want to venture a little further and discover everything that Catalunya has to offer. If you’re a shopaholic, you
have to pay a visit to La Roca Village and its outlet stores, a mere 20-minute drive away. On the way back, you can take in the Costa del Maresme, with its seaside
villages and beaches such as Santa Susana and Pineda de Mar, which are home to some excellent beachside restaurants. There’s plenty for nature and culture lovers
to see and do with the Costa Brava, Montserrat Mountain and its monastery, and the medieval villages of Empordà all within easy reach. If you like your wine, you
can explore the wine-making region of Penedés and taste its famous wines and cavas. And if you have children, you can spend the day at Tibidabo Amusement
Park or the world-famous Port Aventura in Tarragona.
