Great location. Loved the room decor. The tea in the lobby and room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Concern with Bunk bed- seemed unsteady every time my 13 year old son got on top bunk but I trust beds are tested for safety. Room did not have shampoo, welcome kit, or laundry bag- minor issues. Requested shampoo and laundry bag and staff promptly provided.

Excellent hotel. A few steps to Las Ramblas and main shopping area. The front desk manager was very attentive and helpful, we felt like at home. The breakfast was amazing, large variety from eggs to fruit, meets snd pastries, absolutely amazing. Thank you Natalia for such amazing service. We definitely will stay there again when visiting Barcelona.

We arrived hours before check in and they had a safe storage space for our luggage while we walked around the city. The staff was very accommodating and the room was lovely. The high ceilings were unexpected!

The property is at a great location (walking distance to La Rambla) with ton on restaurants, shopping and dining options nearby. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the room which looked great when we entered fell short in basic capabilities such as HVAC, Electrical system, room screens etc. Our room for 5 people was super hot and there was no way to cool it down other than leaving the window open through the nut which was noisy and uncomfortable. The staff member on duty did try to locate a fan, but was unsuccessful. The electrical outlet tripped and we couldn't charge our phones through the night before our big trip next day. The bathroom door is also transparent which doesn't work well if you are traveling with friends in a group of 5. I recommend that you focus on the essentials (HVAC, electric outlets, door screens etc). Without that your wonderful room with hot tub, beautiful wall decors, bunk beds for kids and bath accessories will be a let down.

Not what I expected. Urban, modern style and did give off a ‘welcome in’ vibe on arrival. All very dark with dim lighting and same in room. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom with ceiling shower - No shower cap provided. Although we had issues with the cleanliness of our room following a recent renovation, the front desk staff dealt with this in a very professional and accommodating way

The property is very modern and updated. They offer a nice continental breakfast in the mornings. We were a bit disappointed that we could not check in early. We got there at 9 and waited until 3 o’clock. Also please be aware that if you need a taxi just step outside and flag one down as it is going by. This is quicker than asking the front desk to call one for you.

The first thing I would like to say, without a doubt, is to humbly present my deepest apologies. We are sorry to hear that you did not find enough vegan options at our breakfast buffet. Please allow me to state that we offer hummus, beet hummus, spinachs, detox juices, vegan truffles, avocado cream, etc and our breakfast attendants are always willing to offer any products that are not on the buffet display, so please do not hesitate to contact them for any other options in the future. I have shared your words with our Chef and I can assure you we will do our best to continue improving our vegan daily offer. We are also sorry to read that our Hotel decoration was not up to your standards. Your opinion is very important to us and we take it into account for any future Hotel reforms that might take place. Location wise- perfect, close to a lot of touristy spots and tapas bar. Our room was ok, modern bathroom but shower was too hot and was unable to change setting but they fixed it and was working fine after. I booked another room for my 5 friends who traveled with us but air conditioner wasn’t working the way we wanted and it was super hot. All in all, it was still a beautiful stay. They have luggage storage and that’s a plus since our flight wasn’t till evening. I would give it a go because of the location but they do need to renovate rooms and possibly do better cleaning
