Hotel is near La Sagrada Familia, bakeries and restaurants. In the front desk, Anabel was really friendly and helpful.
However, definitely this is not a 4-star hotel. A/C unit was more like a heater because we only have the option to have natural temperature but the temperature outside was hot therefore our room was really hot. We had to request a room changed to a highest floor to have the window open, but there was a home building next to the room so we have to had the curtains closed and the room was still hot so our we didn’t sleep really well. Also hallways had a bad smoke odor and our room had a sewage smell, stained bedspreads and you can hear everything outside the room. Not all rooms have blower, you have to request and return it in the front desk. On our last day we don’t have hot water and in the reception they were keep saying the problem will be fix in a half hour but it wasn’t fixed on that time, it took about three hours to get the issue resolved.
Finally, during the check out we were explaining to Anabel all the challenges that we have during our stay and she was really attentive and concerned about all the situation. However, Roberto jump in the conversation and said that they cannot do anything about the bad odors because it’s a city problem and that we have report every single time all bad odors in the hallway, etc...in a passive aggressive tone. So from our experience we don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
