Great location and staff. Clean room. Did not teveive upgrade or VIP (did not ask) but later they gave us a free breakfast when we had early departure for Montserrat and I mentioned it. No negatives, will stay here again.

This was a nice stay all round and I cannot fault the hotel at all. The breakfast area is quite small as it is not a large hotel which was quite nice to be honest as there was never too many guests there at once. The staff were very nice and there was no problem with our room, although we were next to a laundry facility which was quite loud, but hardly an issue. It is also in a good location with metro stop a few minutes down the road.

El personal los chicos en la recepción muy amables. Nos ayudaron a encontrar buenos restaurantes en la zona. Tienen muy buena calidad de servicio. El buffet desayuno excelente. Las instalaciones 10/10 y al llegar te dan una copa de champaña de bienvenida.

Hey stayed here from 4th to the 7th, really nice and clean nice area of location too, to get around makes it easier to access all the hotspots, now to the guys at the hotel what can I say proper top gentleman Louis and his colleagues Miguel and one other brother who I’m so upset I forget his name he was marvellous really good guys who make you feel like it’s your own and the hospitality 10-10 gracias

Modern & clean rooms w/safe and minibar but sparsely furnished with old mattress. Altho under new mgmt, the front desk & bar/rmsvc staff were 1st class - polite, smart & eager to go above and beyond! My best Expedia experience EVER. Great boutique hotel - and this is a Marriott Platinum member talking.

Great value for money
A lovely hotel with lovely staff. I was very comfortable here for 4 nights while exploring Barcelona. It's in a great location close to the Metro so easy to get around. I booked the hotel after reading the excellent reviews. I agree with the reviews. I will definitely be coming back.

A really nice hotel - friendly staff, lovely breakfast (better continental than cooked options but that was fine by me!) Comfy bed! No coffee making facilities in the room but we worked round that Very convenient for local transport options

Easy to find. Very convenient located. The breakfast lady and front desk gentlemen are very nice and willing to help. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and each room got a free bottle of water. I suppose have VIP access, and when I asked for an extra bottle of water on the 2nd day, the lady who at that time chatting with the front desk point me out and saying that I can get water from grocery store. What a joke. Otherwise I'd give the hotel a perfect score.

I liked it because it is Centrally located, but I wouldn't say I wanted the room beds; the old spring mattress was worn out, my sleep was uncomfortable, and by the third day, my lower back hurt. You can also hear loud people in their room and slamming doors.
