Overall the hotel stay was great. You might like to improve the breakfasts as there is no rotation at all - same food daily. I saw there were alot of Asian guests which is great but nothing tailor to our taste bud

Great time in a great hotel
Except the fact that one elevator was not working during the day, due to some maintenance issues of the hotel, everything was amazing. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is just perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Room was MUCH smaller than picture on site suggests. Really only suitable for one person for one night. The bar downstairs was unmanned, even though we were awarded a 'free drink'? Rooftop bar was decent, if small.

The staff at this hotel were lovely - both at reception and in the bar. However our room was truly awful and way below the standard that I have come to expect from H10. It was really tiny. The sink was in the room, almost blocking access to the wardrobe, and the shower and toilet were in a glass block next to the bed, allowing for no privacy. Some parts of the room description were not accurate at all. The courtyard view was not a courtyard in any true sense and the view was horrendous meaning that curtains needed to be kept closed. The standard Rituals toiletries that we have enjoyed in every other H10 hotel we have stayed in had been replaced by a generic brand and really should not be described as “designer”. This was our last couple of nights in Barcelona and we were out of the room for nearly all of the time. if we had been staying for longer we would not have been willing to stay in this room. We have previously stayed at many other H10’s in the city - including the Cubik, The Montana, Catalunya, and the Madison, and many H10’s elsewhere in Spain. This hotel (or at least our room) does a complete did-service to the brand.

Great value for money.
The services and cleanliness was at high standard and decor is lovely. The room was smaller than expected but we only stayed for one night, and it was sufficient for the price paid. Very central location. The only negative feedback was the room hairdryer didn't work and the replacement hairdryer was awful. I would highly recommend to invest in better electronic as although it seems a small detail, it's extremely inconvenient when not working.

Perfect location and wonderful staff
The location was absolutely perfect! Close to las ramblas, but not too close and we were able to walk to all the major attractions and the hotel is a block away from where you get the airport bus! The front desk was very helpful when we checked in and were available to answer any questions throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean and was kept clean throughout our stay. When I go back to Barcelona I will definitely be staying here again!
