This beautiful penthouse in Barcelona is approximately 80 m² and has a 30 m² private terrace, which will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. Located in a building with an elevator, you also have the option of having Private Parking for €30/day for greater comfort. In addition, you will be well connected with public transport, since the Muntaner metro station is nearby. The Barcelona Long Season Apartment with Private Terrace for 6 can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 single beds and a double bed in its 3 bedrooms. In addition, the apartment has 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 additional toilet. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed that provides additional space to accommodate more guests if necessary. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
