This is a very clean modern hotel very close to La Rambla, Barri Gothic, and port destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English.

Nice clean property. The room was very nice and spacious for our needs. Very close to shops and restaurants in the Gothic Quarter. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and nice.

We had a nice stay at hotel Catalonia Port. Great location. Close to the metro and La rambla. The shower was a bit of an issue as the door didn’t really stop water from getting everywhere. The staff were kind and helpful.

Good location near the waterfront. Very friendly staff went out of their way to help. Newly renovated room. The only negative was the bed was not great, time for a better mattress.

We stayed in mid-January, two adult women. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and within walking distance to the metro station, beach, and Magamall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, providing a great start before our tours and sightseeing activities. The staff were exceptionally kind and informative. The only inconvenience was that they didn't provide enough bathroom essentials like toilet paper or soap. Also, no front parking for taxis, so, when you arrive by Taxi, better drop off near by not in front of the hotel.

Beautiful room and a good value. This location is excellent - a block from the metro and the beginning of La Rambla. There is the BEST tapas restaurant on the same block called Sensi. We look forward to staying here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Nice pool area too. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and transport options, although we walked most places. Taxi cost €32 to the airport using the yellow taxi app for all the taxis in Barcelona. Can recommend Milk (a 5 minute walk) for excellent brunch and coffee. This is a great hotel, would definitely stay here again when we return to Barcelona.

Highly recommend
I would highly recommend the hotel, room was equipped with everything you would need, the hotel is very clean and quite beautiful, the location is amazing with a supermarket right next door for things like water or anything you might have forgotten at home. Staff was incredibly lovely. I would stay there again.

Awesome hotel. Very well situated to in the gothic quarter and with great facilities. However I'm only giving a 4 as we booked a balcony room which is described on Expedia as having "1 Double Bed OR 2 Single Beds". When we arrived we were told that only Double beds were available on balcony rooms and therefore had to move to a single.

Property was ok. In a decent location close to everything you need. Rooms are very dim and our bathroom was loudly. Some staff were fantastic however some were far less than helpful. I was in line waiting for my room card but reception decided to check in a party of 4 even tho I was already checked in and just needed my card made. Air conditioning was broken. Made reception aware and just kept on getting told maintenance would look at it but never seemed to happen. Pool smaller than expected however a really nice escape from the heat.

Had a really nice stay here for a couple of days in Barcelona. It’s a great location and we slept really well. The little balcony was lovely for a coffee in the morning or final drink at night, and when the doors to the balcony were closed we didn’t hear a sound from the street below. The curtains were amazing and blocked out all light too. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the welcome drink at the bar was nice and we sat in the small pool area at one point, which was a nice area to relax and make plans. The facilities are becoming quite dated and ready for a refresh but everything was clean. Some handprint marks around the mirror (suncream) had been missed but generally cleanliness was ok. I would stay here again.

Excellent customer service and amazing location
Excellent customer service and amazing location. We appreciated the extra attention from the agent at reception. We travelled as a family with 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) and we booked triple room, but the agent at check-in right away suggested another room that would fit us better (queen with sofa bed). It turned out great and the room was pretty big contrary to the typical European rooms. The location was great, within walking distance to the beach, Ramblas, gothic quarter, restaurants and shopping. I recommend this hotel.
