Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice Airport transfer included but limited hours of usage Not very much in this area and restaurants are very limited Would recommend for a one night stay when flying to and from the airport

Really good hotel, clean, staff helpful. They have safe storage for luggages and shuttle service to the airport. Time between airport and hotel appr 15 min and time to cruise terminal 15 min (appr $25 Euro). There is City bus stop next to hotel to go to Barcelona centre

It isn't by anything, but it is great for getting a quick and reliable ride to BCN. The dinner that starts at 8 PM is quite pricy.

I’m not sure how close this hotel is to the airport compared to other hotels. It seemed rather far on the shuttle. But it was convenient with the morning shuttle. Not much to do. It’s in an industrial area.

We did not get an upgrade. The AC did not work properly. The VIP bottle of wine was tiny. The breakfast was great. ( €14 surcharge)

This hotel is very old and has been somewhat upgraded. It's very clean, and the staff are fantastic but very inconvenient. It is located in a very industrial part of the city, about 30 min from the city center. The only dining option is at the hotel and menu is pricey. There are no stores, nothing to visit. You must take the city bus or a taxi to get into the city. Very close to the airport which may be convenient for some and they offer a free shuttle.

I have always considered best western to be a good stay but motel-level experience. Not so, here! It was fantastic, great service, food, modern bathrooms, a pool, bar and restaurant with a reasonable if limited selection. It’s a bit isolated but very close to the airport. I’d stay there again.

Awesomely convenient for those who need to stay close to airport. The airport shuttle runs every 45mins at T1 first then T2. They have a step-by-step video on their website on how to get to the shuttle waiting areas, along with bus time table. The single room had the amenities I needed for a short night stay for the following morning. Hotel is slightly outdated with newer renovations done for the bathroom. Staff was really welcoming and has a courtesy wake-up call in the morning, that was a pleasant touch. Only down side was the sound proofing, might be an issue for the light sleepers

I read a lot of reviews on this hotel and would have to concur with the strong majority as it was a great fit for our quick stopover. Staff was very pleasant, shuttle was a blessing vs taxi and the property was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom very nice and of course the bottle of rose wine was a nice added touch after a long day. Thank you to all. Cheers

I was a very nice place to stay. The bus stops right out front. It is a little further than I thought from the las ramblas but we took a taxi with no problems. I thought breakfast was included but it cost extra and we were not aware until after we ate.

Extremely clean. Huge room. Friendly helpful staff. Great free shuttle service. Room service reasonable and available in between dining room opening times. Large selection of buffet breakfast. Bed was a little firm and it was a bit warm in room but I would stay here again
