The Staff from the Clerical to House Keeping was absolutely remarkable. Our room was kept spotless and the clerical were quick to go beyond our expectations. What my wife and I did not like was the extreme street noise which had a very adverse effect on our attempt to get a good nights sleep.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was conveniently locared on the La Rambla, close to th Columbus Statue end of La Rambla. It was also within easy walking distance to the Cruise Bus Stop. The hotel was very clean, safe and comfortable. If we are back in Barcelona we would stay here again.

The staff was hospitable about keeping luggage temporarily between checkout and our departure time for a cruise. They however would not offer any late checkout. This hotel is in an excellent location to explore Barcelona.

This hotel is at the bottom end of the Rambla, close to the port and there is a lot of construction occurring at this end. We were warned by taxi drivers and locals not to be out late or in the western direction off the Rambla, but there are no cafes or shops there. We were close to the Gothic quarter about a 15 min walk to Barcelona cathedral. Lots of eating options in the area. Our hotel room was about $200/ night and we booked it for 5 nights. European rooms are typically small. We had one suitcase rack, but the other suitcase was open on the floor. There was a credenza/desk but it would have been very helpful if it had some drawers. The closet had 4 hangers. There was a safe and a small fridge in the room which was nice and the bathroom had nice fixtures and was very clean. The breakfast for 14 euros was good value, and served anAmerican style breakfast.

The staff was helpful. Contrary to an earlier review, there was storage of luggage available We had the room fully stocked with soap and towels. Conveniently located for activities and strolling distance for things to see and do. We also enjoyed the breakfast

I arrived to the hotel 2 hours before check in and my room was ready which was super important given the 12 hour journey to get there. That was greatly appreciated. The property did lack some amenities but nothing too critical. Overall my room was clean and quiet considering the location of the hotel being in such a busy area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I went for seven days and this hotel was perfect! We had a great view of La Rambla (one of Barcelona's oldest neighborhoods). Great food options, walkable to museums and the metro. We arrived about four hours prior to check-in, and the staff was amazing! Fortunately, they checked us in to a room that was ready. I was very much grateful after an 8 hour flight. Overall, it was an ideal location, it was clean, staff was helpful. It has a breakfast buffet option, but you can find a bakery for coffee and a croissant for less money.

We stayed here for 8 nights and we loved it! Very convenient location right on La Rambla. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had a balcony overlooking La Rambla and the room was completely silent. Rooms and hotel were very clean and we felt safe our entire stay. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Our room was 118 on first floor. Up elevator then walk up one flight of stairs and down another. Was escorted by staff with no offer to help with bags. Not shown to insert card for electricity once inside the room. Room was facing rear courtyard with many people outside making noise until early hours of the morning. Did not sleep well at all. This was mentioned to clerk at checkout. He said that we should have told them after the first night. Perhaps that we should have. No offer to waive the cost of one breakfast that we purchased. We won't recomend this hotel to anyone

Even though the Ramblas area can be noisy the doors and windows are super thick and very quiet. The staff was wonderful and the room was super clean and nice. The only down for us at least was the two double beds pushed together. It was functional for a couple but we would prefer to sleep as one bed. It’s only our preference though. Go with confidence

Staff was very nice after a stressful experience at the airport. Very close to everything we planned to do. Walkable and nice clean room. Also appreciated the lockers for luggage. Our flight wasn’t until later in the day but we were able to keep our luggage in the lockers after our checkout so we didn’t have to carry it around with us everywhere.

Just “okay”. Clean, nice property in a convenient location to walk everywhere around Las Ramblas, also close to a metro station. Connected to a fun tapas bar. Fun to have a room with a little balcony to overlook La Rambla. The rooms were very warm at night even with the AC at full blast (in February). We opened the balcony door to let cool air in, but it was so loud outside that we still couldn’t sleep. They told us upon check-in that breakfast was included with our stay, then at check-out they said that they had told us that by mistake, and that we had to pay for every day that we had eaten- the breakfast was good, but had we known it was going to be that spendy, we definitely would have gone elsewhere to eat! So definitely verify that at check-in if you stay!

First of all the location is perfect. It’s literally on La Ramblas at the bottom end. Perfect for walking or for taking the Metro. Secondly, the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and our room (we had a junior suite with balcony) was spacious, comfortable and practical. Thirdly, the staff are approachable, friendly and super helpful. And lastly the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. This is our 6th stay in Barcelona and was the nicest place we’ve stayed. We’ll be back to this hotel.
