This is an ideal apartment for a visit to Barcelona. Unfortunately we got caught there when COVID 19 started so the front office shut down. This apartment is set up perfectly for 2 people or 3. There is double bed in master, single in second and I guess you could use sofa bed in living room. Well stocked amenities with dish detergent laundry detergent paper towels toilet paper coffee tea etc. The only problem we had was couldn’t get washing machine to spin clothes dry. Because of COVID 19 this was not fixed It is close to metro bus and supermarkets. Would recommend this apartment if you are okay with being a bus metro ride away from main areas.

Apartments Sata Park Güell is a Great Property!
Was in Barcelona for business. Apartment is well situated. Close to transportation and nice residential neighborhood. Very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

suited us as a base from which to see Barcelona
I found it suited us, it had what we needed, 2 bedrooms, laundry facilities space to have breakfast and sort ourselves in the morning, and to review the day after we got back in the evening.

Was close to Hop on & Hop off bus.
Was a great surprise to enter this apartment and find everything you could ask for. Had a full kitchen with even a washer and dryer for your use. Well located to access buses, subways and shopping. Would highly recommend this place for someone staying for a short time in Barcelona. I would defiantly use this place again if I ever return to Barcelona.

Lovely apartment in central Barcelona
Overnight stay before flight. Very nice apartment, parking can be a problem, in such a busy area of Barcelona.Shops and eateries nearby, very secure accom. Good price.

Functional apartment, not too far from Metro
Slight confusion on access to the apartment - not before 3pm, but we had an email earlier in the week preceding to say we could go early (so booking left luggage just off Pl Catalunya not needed). However, the access was to leave luggage in the office only (although it was taken to our room in our absence). I missed the small print for weekend check in (not just after hours), so also charged €30 (I guess mini breaks starting before the weekend won't incur this). Pictures on the website were flattering; not awful, but dull, overlooked by flats at the back and a main road on the front. Saturday night had skateboarders outside too. The main gripe was the persistent smell of stale tobacco, no amount of open windows relieved the odour. We didn't use the kitchenette, as we were out first thing, grabbing breakfast on the way (nice small market with a variety of food by the Metro) and eating out in the evenings. We lost our flat keys (bag stolen, despite us aware of the dangers and trying to be vigilant), but we're able to get a replacement set by heading back to the apartment that afternoon, to catch Erika still in the office, so big thank you for the assistance there.

Nice neighborhood. Nothing fancy but Desk service (Erika) gives an exceptional service. The building always smells clean and nice. The mattress is a little bit hard but it's OK overall. Close to almost everything if you like either walking or commuting. I highly recommend it and I'll back every time.

Der Service ist vorbildlich. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken in einem Raum lassen, da unser Flug erst um 18:00 Uhr ging. Bürozeiten sind Mo.-Fr. und daher bekamen wir die Info (Per Zettel in der Wohnung u. per E-Mail), dass ein Schlüssel für uns hinterlegt wird). Super Service! Das Appartement war sauber, die Küche ausreichend für einen Städtetrip eingerichtet, für uns Berliner hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt, aber eine Nespresso für den Herd war vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen & Co.(inkl. Föhn) und Duschzeug, Zahnputssachen...) vorhanden. Die Lage ist super. U-Bhf. Lesseps in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch gut in die „Altstadt“ laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Worth it
Very good location. Clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have a car, you can park it at BSM Parking for €18 a day near the apartments. You can use any BSM around the city limitless.

La structura ben situata vicino la metro , con restaurante vicino dove si mangia bene e si spende giusto, le signore da la recepzione molto gentile pero il appartamento non si aprono molto le finestre ma ce lalternativa di condizionatore.

Wir fanden ein voll ausgestattetes Appartement vor, es gab genug Platz für 4 Personen. Sogar Duschgel, Handseife und ein Zahnputzset war vorhanden. Leider gab es keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Espressokännchen. Wir konnten bei An- und Abreise unser Gepäck unterstellen und waren somit in der Lage unsere Zeit in Barcelona voll auszunutzen

Convenient location. A few minutes walk from metro and supermarket. Well equipped with everything we need. Instructions were clear and user friendly. Gisela has been most helpful with our requests. L'appartement hôtel est très pratique avec sa kitchenette et sa salle de séjour et bien situé, non loin du Parc Güell. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. A part un petit essuie de cuisine pour la vaisselle il ne nous a rien manqué.

Très bien situé pour le parc Guell, le métro et la facilité d"accès. Toutefois, très chaud dans l'appartement étant donné la division des pièces et le peu d'ouverture des fenêtres. Très humide dans l'appartement.

The apartment was ok, nothing fancy or big but everything was functional. The big problem was the noise from the other apartments: I never been in a place where I could heard ALL the water consumption on the building! It became a problem on the mornings when we wanted to sleep later than 6:30am. So bring some ear plugs. Appart from this, good location, nice welcoming from the staff.

Was very good to have the opportunity to wash our clothes (mostly our baby ones) in the middle of the trip. It was very hot in Barcelona, so it was very convenient. The room was very big, not very comfortable, but in general term very good. The staff was also very helpful during all our stay.

Appartement bien mais environnement pas top
Séjourné pendant 5 nuit dans cet appartement , l'appartement est bien fonctionnel mais l'environnement reste a désiré, on entendais les voisins parler, a pas d'heure, les occupants des autres appartements sortir ou rentré car bruyant dans les couloirs a pas d'heure donc appartement mal insonorisé et le bruit a l'extérieur car appartement situé sur une grande avenue ou les voiture roule vite ... sinon correcte, les gérants parle pas français donc espagnol ou anglais . Mais très gentil. Appartement propre, tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourné plusieurs nuits, des commerçant à proximité, le parc güell a 15 min a pied, la station de métro lesseps a 5 min a pied .

Nous recommandons cet endroit à tous!
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à Barcelone et nous avions besoin d'un appartement proche de tout les services qui nous permettrait de profiter au maximum de ce que la ville avait à offrir. Nous étions à 100m de la station de métro Lesseps. L'accueil était super. Étant sorti du bateau de croisière tôt le matin, la responsable de l'établissement a remisé nos valises à la réception sans frais le temps que le ménage soit finit. Nous avons donc pu profiter de ce temps pour aller visiter les alentours. Les épiceries étaient aussi à 3 ou 4 coins de rues de notre emplacement. Nous avions accès à tous les attraits majeurs via les transports public tous à proximité. Ce fut un des plus beau voyage que nous avons fait!! Nous y retournerions demain.....en fait, nous aurions aimé ne jamais partir...

Adresse à retenir
Bonne adresse pour un séjour à Barcelone : le métro Lesseps est à 2 minutes à pieds ; l'accès est facile depuis l'aéroport et on rejoint rapidement le centre ville (ramblas, plaza catalunya...). Bon accueil , des explications et un plan à notre arrivée. Il est préférable de parler anglais ou bien sûr espagnol. L'appartement est propre et dote d'un lave linge. Petite kitchenette avec micro-ondes. Les doubles fenêtres protègent bien du bruit de la circulation qui est très importante devant l'immeuble. Seul petit bémol : des voisins extrêmement bruyants au meme étage qui chantaient et mettaient la musique très tard dans la nuit. J'ai fini par aller frapper à leur porte à 2 heures du matin la seconde nuit ! Mais j'imagine que ça fait partie du package Barcelone !

Удобное расположение до метро Lesseps 5 минут. Диван ободранный,но в рабочем состоянии. Была стиральная машина, но места для сушки не было. Вполне приемлемый вариант на несколько дней в Барселоне.

L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et bien situé, il se trouve à 100m de la station de métro qui est à 4 station de place de catalogne. Bien équipé, et il y 'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. l’accueil est parfait et très serviable. un peu de bruit le matin de bonheur sinon tout va bien

Отдыхали в декабре семьей. Апартаменты очень понравились. Хозяйка Эрика сразу после бронирования написала письмо с условиями проживания. Перед приездом еще написала, уточняла когда приезжаем и во сколько, так как там нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации. Очень милый человек. все показала, на карте указала. Теперь непосредственно сам номер. нам достался с 2 спальнями и залом-столовой. Честно говоря, приходили как домой. Одна спаленка совсем прям крохотка - кровать, торшер и маленький шифонерчик. Но в принципе ничего особо и не надо было. Вторая спаня побольше - 2 спальная кровать, большой шифонер. Были дополнительные подушки и пледы. Постельное белье хорошее. Обогрев - сплит. Санузел чистый, полотенца белые. Кухонька тоже чистая. В зале диван потрепан немного - кожзам облупился. В остальном все отлично. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Метро - рядом. Автобусная остановка рядом. Отличное место для остановки в Барселоне.

El apartamento sata güell, no sólo nos gustó por su tranquilidad y buena presencia, si no que esta en una muy buena zona, céntrico y muy cerca del metro, para los que quieren recorrer la ciudad es un apartamento inmejorable y para los que buscan el relax también ya que estando tan céntrico esta preparado para entrar y no escuchar nada de ruidos yo le doy un +10 espero volver el año que viene y poder volver alquilar este apartamento

Très bon accueil, appartement propre et spacieux avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. A 2 mn à pied du métro. A qques minutes à pied du park guel. Superette à quelques centaines de mètres pour acheter le nécessaire pour son petit déjeuner. Environnement calme, un peu excentré mais agréable. Super séjour, si je retourne à barcelone je retournerai à cet endroit !
