With approximately 65m2 of flat space, this industrial loft-style flat, located in a building with a lift, offers a clean and modern design that ensures comfort for any visitor. The large windows to the private interior terrace allow sunlight to flood in, creating a bright and airy space. Its excellent location close to Avenida Diagonal guarantees excellent connections to public transport. Main Features and Interior Layout: This beautiful flat in Barcelona can accommodate up to 5 peopleand features 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofabed in the living room, ideal for relaxing after exploring Barcelona. The flat also has 1 full bathroom to offer comfort and privacy to guests. In the living room, you will find a sofa and a TV to enjoy pleasant moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your favourite meals in the comfort of the flat. Furthermore, the flat is equipped with additional amenities such as iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer.
