Our fantastic apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spectacular terrace and is fully furnished to make you feel at home! In addition, this apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, the Eixample Dret. That's right, and as the name of the neighborhood indicates, we are talking about the Sagrada Familia. Strongly Recommended for families.

That's right, and as the name of the neighborhood indicates, we are talking about the Sagrada Familia. Hours of writing could be dedicated to the work that would give rise to Catalan modernism in 1882 and that Gaudí himself would have predicted: “People from all over the world will come to see what we are doing”. And after a century has passed, the data confirm it; more than 12,000 visitors a day, being the 6th most visited monument in the world, according to the Tripadvisor travel ranking.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

It was boiling hot our entire stay but our host brought an extra fan and was very responsive. We has to wait until very late to go out on the patio but the view was stunning. Excellent location for first visit to Barcelona.

Beautiful apartment, terrace has an amazing view. Location is very convenient and there are many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Only issue we experienced was both showers were not draining properly.

What an amazing place!! We came from Oregon and the property management was very good about communicating with us and finding us when we arrived. The view is even better than I imagined. It was clean and spacious despite listing as a small space. It felt large and roomy. The house was well equipped. Public transport was nearly across the street. Very central to everything. It was an amazing time! Would recommend!!

Apartment experienced as advertised Nicely layed out 3 br 2 bath flat with extended balcony which is the highlight of the apartment facing the sagrada familia Very clean and cozy. Wiifii good as well. Main drawback was ac function in the hot summer which didnt cool bedrooms adequately. Also, showers difficult to get water temperature just right. Elevator small and tight but worked well and fast for this 7th floor apartment. Aside from these minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this flat for comfortability and location

Pros: Amazing views, clean and modern, lots of space, great terrace, close to Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, good restaurants, has AC, secure building Negatives: low water pressure in showers, tiny elevator but thats Spain so i wouldnt let that deter you. The management company asked for the 2nd payment 3 weeks earlier than i had expected, while i was capable, it was slightly annoying because it was unexpected. We decided to book an apartment for our family of 4 for 3 nights because we like to experience the local culture and we liked the idea of space before getting on a 7 day cruise. I was a little nervous booking the apartment because all transactions were conducted thru the management property site. Initially they asked for wire transfer but they do take credit card payments. I felt more secure that way. We had a great stay and would stay there again if opportunity arises.
