The building is located in a charming pedestrian green area. Nearby you will find all amenities such as a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a fruit shop, and excellent tapas bars. The nearest metro stop (Poble Sec - L3) is less than 5 minutes away and you can get directly to the most visited areas of barcelona with the numerous metro and buses.

The building is situated in a charming pedestrianised green area. Nearby you will find all amenities such as a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher's, a greengrocer's and excellent tapas bars. The metro stop Poble Sec (l3) is less than 5 minutes' walk away, and Plaza España with its numerous metro connections can also be reached directly in less than 10 minutes. The flat is very bright and consists of a large space comprising of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living room and a dining room with access to a small terrace of 4m2.

From the kitchen there is an interior balcony dedicated to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and cleaning with hoover, broom, ladder, etc. The first bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard has a large wardrobe and a 140x200 sofa bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has the same bed with integrated storage, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a large shower with a "double outlet" column this bathroom has several storage spaces. Recently renovated in December 2013.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
