In the last few months it has been completely refurbished and the apartment next door has been attached so, at present, the property features 5 bedrooms in a single apartment. This stylish, quiet and bright 5 bedroom apartment is situated in the L'Eixample area, a district with beautiful and classically designed buildings created in the late 19th Century, bordering the the old City (Ciutat Vella) . It is located only 15 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and the gourmet food emporium of El Corte Ingles, or the fashionable shopping on Passeig de Gracia. In the Gothic quarter the fresh food market “Mercat de Santa Caterina”, its great restaurant & the beautiful Palau Musica and Las Ramblas are also a short walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped, fitted gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ironing board etc. The apartment is heated or air-conditioned with a simple control in the living room.. We provide WiFi internet access throughout the apartment, Easy access to the airport, with the airport buses from Plaza Catalunya just a few minute walk away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION \- Check-in from 15 p.m. \- Check-out before 11 a.m. \- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. \- Parties in the apartment are not allowed. \- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 5.50 € per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. \- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out \- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. \- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€. \- The Security System includes cameras in the living room and apartment entrance. The cameras are NOT active or recording while the guests are in the apartment with a deactivated alarm. There is a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect high levels of noise. To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic. From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, that goes directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña. It is centrally located and was absolutely perfect for our crew. There were six of us. Two teenage boys, my parents, my husband and me. We had plenty of space to spread out. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. This was a major plus. The views from the front were amazing. You could see La Sagrada from the kitchen just by turning to the right.
