Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. \-Additional guest: Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night. \-Late arrival: \- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros \- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros \- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. \- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine) The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
