Gavà Breeze II is a lovely three-bedroom apartment located in front of the sea in Gavà Mar, which is a coastal neighborhood close to the airport and Barcelona city. This apartment is situated inside the community of Pine Beach, where you will find a large swimming pool and a communal café, ideal for families with children or a summer getaway. From the building, guests have direct access to the pedestrian boulevard alongside the beach, ideal for doing sports or afternoon walks.


This recently renovated and modern home has an open living room and dining room. It also features large sliding glass doors that give access to the sunny terrace with sea views where you can enjoy the breeze and Spanish sun. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and comes with all necessary appliances.

The master bedroom is luminous and uniquely decorated with coastal accents. It has a double bed, a build-in closet and direct access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms feature respectively twin beds and one trundle bed; each has a built-in closet space. The home features two full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub combo.

Gavà Mar is a lovely neighborhood right in front of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a calm area where nature and the beach landscape predominate. Located between Viladecans, Castelldefels and Barcelona and just 10 minutes from the airport, this is the ideal holiday place for families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Wohnung in super Lage
Der Check In und die vorherige Kommunikation waren perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst stellte sich pauschal zwar wie auf den Bildern angegeben dar, bei genauerem Hinsehen jedoch entpuppte sich diese eher als „spanischer Standard“. Überall gab es den einen oder anderen optischen oder funktionalen Mangel. Die Terrasse mit Meeresblick entschädigte. Für uns die perfekte Wohnung, da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Nach Barcelona oder auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Busse sind unpünktlich, lange unterwegs und kosten sogar mehr, wenn Mann täglich fährt.
